Whilst we endeavor to maintain the highest of standards in quality control, and take due care with packaging, should any product be defective, or damaged (due to transit), please return to our office and it will be replaced free-of-charge.

Should any product be damaged as a result of your actions (from accident or "over-use", we are happy to replace that portion at a reduced cost.  In this event, please contact our office for further information and instruction.
